Hi,
Some users are reporting that they do not have access to VI after the end of their subscription.
what this means is.
Our server is on a different time zone to paypal. which means there is approx 12 hours of time when the subscriptions update, where the users does not have access to the subscription service they purchased. We appologise for this, and am seeking advice from paypal for their exact time zone, so we can duplicate this on our server, and have not more of these issues.
If this has happened to you , just wait another couple of hours and your subscription will become active shortly.
(note: you do not need to sign up again or pay for another setup fee)
