We discovered through our forum and support system, that even with brain, some
users were not using Great niches. These are so easy to find using brain I
wondered why these users could not find them. After speaking to many users, this
is what happened



I would say, these niches are too competitive. This is why your sites are not
performing.



Answer, What’s too competitive.



So what I’ve learned from this is, even though we have a lot of users finding
great niches, these users have a better understanding of SEO and marketing in
general, so we needed to make Brain even easier to use, and provide specific
information on how to use it.



New Features.



New filter setting called “Pete’s Choice.”



Choose Quotes, in keyword search in google or, No Quotes.



e.g.

“this is a keyword”

or

this is a keyword



Choosing NO quotes will display the results from google without quotes
previously used on each side of the keyword.



There are some arguments for and against using quotes around keywords for
analysis, now in brain you can choose either. Generally the more experienced
internet marketing person will get more benefits from using quotes around
keywords, though people newer to this business will find using NO quotes easier
to use and simpler to understand.





Choose to show bid amounts Yes or No.



We have put this option in, for ease of use. ff you choose no bid amounts, then
you do NOT need to enter captures, so you can do a complete run without having
to stop, because you missed a capture entry. once you have done the complete
run.. you have the results.. save them to a text file. Then run brain over this
text file using the bids. then Brain will give the results from this list very
fast. I’m sure this will make a lot of brain users happy not having to sit there
and wait for captures any longer.









I always say, you need the best niches for your site to be a success..



Irrespective of the marketing you are doing or kind of site you make, choosing
niches that are too competitive will always make it harder..



People with more experience in marketing get the most benefits from Brain, now
we have made it much simpler to use. And right now I’ll show you exactly what I
do to get GREAT niches…



1. At least 6 google ads

2. Less than 2 million competing pages

3. Searched for at least 2000 times per month.

4. Bid price minimum 20 cents.



(Of course these are the minium needed. you will find great niches with small
competition, lots of searches and good bid prices also.)



Start Brain, see the red update button flashing, click on this to update brain
software.

Brain will download the updates automatically, then restart itself..

NOTE. Do not restart the software yourself leave it to restart itself.. could
take up to 30 seconds.





Select New Project.

Select Web Source.

Enter a URL. For this example use news.google.com this is a good site because it
updates frequently with new content for brain to scan etc. these are the sort of
sites you need to look for.



Under new project Settings.



Click on the pre defined Menu pull down. Choose Pete’s choice.

Click on Next Step 4 button.

Heres where the changes for this update are.



See the two new check boxes.



Quotes

Show bids.

Checking the box. Equals YES.

Make sure these boxes are not checked.

Click on the Finnish button.



Because you have not selected Show bids box.. brain will continue to run till
its run out of words, you can leave it 



Once brain has completed its run. Organise your results by the Search Field.



This is exactly what I do.. I will use any niche that has approx 2000 or more
searches per month.. now this may not sound like a great niche.. not many clicks
per month.. but when you use 50 of these niches from 2000 searches per month and
upwards. When creating a blog for each of these 50 terms on one domain..
Combined your niches will get a minimum 100,000 searches per month. Generally a
lot more.



This is exactly what I do when using

Some Points of note.

Using these filter settings in brain produces Great niches though because it
goes through so many to find the good ones that suit your criteria it does take
longer, this is why we have given the ability not to check for ad price in the
same time as the session. Once the session is over. Sort your results by
searches.. use only those that above 2000 searches per month. When you have 50
of these. Use these keywords for your domain (preferably using the techniques
described as per my www.viralinstigator.com Tutorial docs) . For this domain you
will have a niches that combined get over 100,000 searches per month, Using VI
targeting these weaker markets will give you the results you’ve always wanted.



Forgive me if I have gone over points a few times. I’ve given up smoking today,
and don’t feel too great. But this brain update is very important and I wanted
to get out, clear instructions on how to use it.
